Hi Precious Girl,Well once again things are moving along for us. We have just been notified that Batch 45 is full - which means there are about another 5 couples who have submitted their Dossiers to DoCS, and who we will most likely travel with in Batch 45. These people will be important in our lives, and in yours, because their daughters will most likely be from the same Orphanage as you (or at least the same Province). So you will have some history with these baby girls too. Here is the note from DoCS:
"Dear Batch 45,
I am writing to inform you that Batch 45's dossiers are currently at the Chinese Consulate, could you please forward a BANK cheque or money order for the amount of $300 made payable to the "Chinese Consulate".
PLUS - 2 US Bank drafts (as listed on your second stages fee list)
US$200 - made payable to "BLAS"
US$410 - made payable to "China Centre for Adoption Affairs"
Should the bank that you request the US Bank Drafts from, require further details about the receiving parties please provide them with the following:
CHINA CENTRE FOR ADOPTION AFFAIRS
No. 7 Baiguang Rd
Zhongmin Building
Xuanwu District
BEIJING 100053
CHINA
BRIDGE OF LOVE ADOPTION SERVICES – BLAS

CHINA
Can you please make sure all cheques are received by our office before the close of business on 30 May 2006 to avoid delays.
Please note that it may take up to 10 working days from the 30 May 2006, before your dossier will be forwarded to China. You will be advised in writing of the date your dossier was forwarded to China."
It is very exciting for us to see those Chinese addresses, and know that all the work we have done over the past year, culminates in our files with all of the information we have collected ending up in China, and closer to you.
I find myself crying at the drop of a hat at the moment... you seem so close yet so far. I now wait for the day when we see your face for the first time. My beautiful girl.
